Rose Marie DiCriscio, CEO of Allantè Hair Designs & Spa is a veteran in the beauty industry. Her experience and “can-do” attitude set her apart from others in the beauty and wellness field. For many years, Rose Marie has motivated stylists to create amazing color and cutting techniques for clients. Her experience, talents, and drive have led her to be recognized and honored with the titles of Master Stylist/Colorist/Make-up Artist, Motivational Speaker and Marketing Guru.

Rose Marie credits education as one of the strongest contributors to her success. As a participant in the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy, she is proud to have trained under numerous leading stylists and manufacturers in the industry. Teaching razor and men's cutting techniques for Roffler Hair Products enabled her to also service a large male clientele. After this extensive experience and education, she established Allantè Hair Designs & Spa. It caters to a very diverse clientele, including several beloved Steelers and many local television personalities from WPXI, KDKA, WTAE, and Fox News.


Her hairstyles and make-up artistry have been featured in international and national hairstyling magazines and trade books, including Inspire, Jenn Magazine, Corel Software, Passion, 1-2-3 Hairstyling, Beauty Education, and Whirl. Rose further authored pieces on color correction for numerous color publications. To learn new trends, she has traveled to Italy, England, Germany, Turkey, Greece, France, Spain, and Canada. Rose has not only trained with but has also taught, motivated, and marketed for other salon and spa owners around the world. Rose Marie, who has contributed so significantly to the industry that she loves, is not done yet. She continues to learn and to teach others the latest methodology available. 

As “education is never lost,” Rose Marie is committed to “never stop learning”—and she has maintained this commitment to professional development throughout her career. She began her career by enrolling in evening classes at Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. After completing her program, she put her graduation money toward further schooling for her cosmetology teacher’s license. She also took business courses at the University of Pittsburgh and Westmoreland Country Community College, and she then earned her license in massage therapy. She is also a regional educator of Zenagen, which is a famous hair loss restoration company. Now she is certified in microblading and PMU from Everlasting Brows in United Kingdom, England. She is licensed in Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington D.C. She currently works in Tyson's Corner, Virginia and Georgetown, Washington D.C.


Rose Marie, participant in the world-renowned Vidal Sassoon Academy, is proud to have trained under companies such as American Crew, Framesi, and L’Oreal Professional. She is trained in Wella Professional, Redken, Guy Tang, Pavana, and Goldwell. She trained with Sunglitz as well, and she later taught courses and also taught companies, such as JCPenney, using her extensive experience. She also taught razor and cutting techniques for Roffler Hair Products in 1988, which has helped her gained a large male clientele.


Allantè stylists are trained in the latest techniques and trends, pioneering in the industry. With her clients’ ultimate satisfaction always in mind, Rose Marie ensures that Allantè stylists meet high training standards each year. When accepting a position at Allantè, stylists commit themselves to 100 hours of continuing education so that Allantè remains at the top of the beauty industry.

Over the years, Rose Marie has received countless honors and awards. In 1993, she accepted a nomination into the Who’s Who Registry of Global Business Leaders for Leadership and Achievement in Occupation, Industry, or Profession, an award whose membership is limited to professionals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership and achievement.


Rose Marie was voted one of Pittsburgh’s 50 Finest, one of the city’s greatest annual events. Each year twenty-five single men and twenty-five single women who excel in their profession and contribute positively to their Pittsburgh-area communities are selected to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. That same year Rose Marie was also nominated for Seton Hill University’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.


Continuing Education

Rose Marie knows that, to maintain success in the beauty industry, stylists must be willing to learn new trends and style continuously. With years of experience and a loyal client list, Rose continued to develop her talents and skillset by studying skincare, massage therapy, hairstyling, and makeup artistry across the globe. She has traveled to Italy, England, Germany, Turkey, Greece, France, Spain, Canada, the Bahamas and nearly all fifty states to learn from top notch designers. Further, she has not only trained with but has also taught, helped, motivated, and marketed for other salon and spa owners around the world.


Rose Marie, who has contributed so significantly to the industry that she loves, “is not done yet” and has “a lot more avenues to travel!”
