Arrive at least 30 minutes early for a stress-free treatment. Take a moment to breathe and decompress.
Upon entering our establishment please turn your cell phones, or other electronic devices onto silent or vibrate. This ensures you and the other guests a calm environment.
To receive the greatest benefit from your treatment, communicate any specific requests to your therapist.
Do not shave 24 hours prior to any body polishing treatment.
If scheduled for any facial waxing, stop the use of Retin-A 48 hours prior to treatment. (Accutane users can not be waxed)
If satisfied with your treatment, a 15-20% gratuity for your therapist is cutomary.

Credit card required when reserving an appointment. We are reserving this time for you; if you must cancel an appointment, please call 72 hours in advance. If notice is not given within the 72 hour period prior to your appointment, your credit card will be billed for half cost of the treatment.
