Rewards Club members accumulate one (1) Reward Point for every dollar spent on services, products, and gift certificates at Allanté Hair Designs & Spa, Inc. Reward Points will accrue on the cardholder account every time it is used and may be redeemed at any level on our tier chart. Member must present a valid Allanté Rewards Membership Card and proper ID to redeem points. Points have no expiration.
Allanté Hair Designs & Spa cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, misused or missing cards. Cards may be replaced for a service charge, at which time member Reward Points will be restored onto a replacement card.
Members agree not to allow others to use their Rewards card and that to do so constitutes fraud and will result in membership termination without any compensation for accumulated Reward Points.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
A credit card is required when reserving an appointment. We are reserving this time for you; if you must cancel an appointment, please call 72 hours in advance. If notice is not given within the 72 hour period prior to your appointment, your credit card will be billed for half cost of the treatment. In the event that you feel you'd like a refund, please let us know immediately. Refunds may be given after review in a Gift Card Credit Only, no cash refunds.
